You don’t have to be German to enjoy Saline’s Oktoberfest Art Festival. Fetauring live German, rock and roll music, a Kimderplatz activity area for the little ones, and plenty of scrumptious German and American food. Lederhosen not required. The “Tapping of the Golden Keg” will kick off
