For new bakers to people who want to learn more, Zingerman’s is offering their popular BAKE! classes online for everyone to enjoy safely.

Zingerman’s Bakehouse is a popular spot to learn the ins and outs of baking. Due to COVID, there haven’t been many classes you can take in person. However, Zingerman’s BAKE! classes are being offered online for participants who are still interested.

Each class is limited to 12 or fewer households. BAKE! instructors and assistants will lead a live, in-person class to demonstrate how each recipe is made and share any baking knowledge they may have that will help you learn. The instructors and assistants will be watching you bake, answering questions, and giving helpful tips and advice as you move through the recipe.

With your registration, you will be emailed a class student guide, a grocery and equipment list, and any additional information that may help you succeed in the class. You’ll also receive a Zoom invite link, which is the invitation to the class. Be sure to save it somewhere you’ll remember the day of the class!

Before entering the (virtual) class, be sure to read through the recipes, list of ingredients, and list of equipment prior to the class. This way, you’ll know if anything is missing beforehand.

For more information and a list of available classes, check out the Zingerman’s BAKE! Website.
