Ann Arbor Recreation and Education (Rec and Ed) and Chef Natalie Marble are teaming up to show residents in Washtenaw County some of the tastiest meals to make at home.
The Ann Arbor Rec and Ed work to provide people of all ages with intriguing and interesting classes they can take. Residents are able to learn new skills, hone their artistic crafts, and work together through fun classes. This year, Chef Natalie Marble joins the team to help residents learn some of the more intricate techniques of cooking.
Chef Natalie Marble started her career in the finance world before deciding to pursue her passion for cooking. She attended culinary school in Washington D.C. and has had phenomenal experiences, including working for a James Beard Award-winning chef. She started and ran her own catering company but has since decided to share her love of cooking with the community. Her 20 years of experience are sure to help everyone in her class find the right method to create delicious meals and treats.
Residents are able to take a variety of cooking classes with Chef Natalie. These classes range from learning how to make amazing Thai dishes and dumplings to creating the perfect french Macarons and beautiful fruit tarts. There is an age level suggested depending on the dish.
