Savvy Sliders

Slated to open its first Washtenaw County location in Ypsilanti at the end of April, Detroit based Savvy Sliders strives to create a, “gourmet slider that rivals any burger in town…Angus Beef is never frozen and our sandwiches are loaded with the best ingredients.” Known for its sliders and hand breaded chicken fingers, this location take over space that used to house a Happy’s Pizza.

Business Closings:

Belly Deli

The S. University (Ann Arbor) location is now permanently closed.

Haabs Ypsi

After 87 years in business in downtown Ypsilanti, Haabs will now close permanently.

Anneke’s Downtown Hair Salon

Closing after 30 years in downtown Ann Arbor, however, many of the stylists will be remaining in the area at different salons.


Business Movement:

Brown & Deline Salon has moved to 3907 Jackson Rd. Ann Arbor. 

The Common Grill has a new owner and will be temporarily closed while they transition.
