Opening
The Rooted Table — Farm Kitchen • Catering • Open Door — is the first public-facing concept from Keith Chapman Culinary Group LLC, founded by Chef Keith Chapman after more than 25 years in restaurants, pastry, education, catering, consulting, media and restaurant development. Launching at Agricole Farm Stop in Chelsea, The Rooted Table brings together locally rooted food, Michigan producers, catering, private dining and chef-driven hospitality under one roof.
Stubborn Brothers is now open at 405 S. Main St., Ann Arbor. This full pizzeria and bar is based in Toledo and known for thier New York-style thin-crust pizza.
Hot Shots Batting & Training was recently opened by two dads at 670 Airport Blvd Suite 4, Ann Arbor. All ages are welcome and private and group lessons are offered.
Coming soon
Halal shack will be replacing the Subway in University of Michigan Union basement in winter 2027.
M Den will be returning to Ann Arbor with locations at 2603 Jackson Rd. and 711 N. University Ave. Locations around Ann Arbor previously closed in 2024.
Closing
Scrubs & Beyond, 3500 Washtenaw Ave H, Ann Arbor, will be closing as the company shuts down locations nationwide.
