Bao Space has opened Downtown at 205 North Main St, Ann Arbor, serving authentic hand-made bao buns.
Sweetgreen has opened at 311 S State St. They are a specialty salad chain with Michigan locations in Troy and Birmingham.
Taystee’s Burger has opened at 2689 Ann Arbor-Saline Rd, Ann Arbor. This spot specializing in hand-cut fries and burgers has other locations in Dearborn and Dearborn Heights.
Barber Studio Ann Arbor has opened at 301 E Liberty St, Ann Arbor, the former Which Wich Superior Sandwiches location. This new business will be a full service barber shop.
Closings
Jim Brady’s has closed at 209 S. Main St, Ann Arbor. It originally opened Downtown Ann Arbor in 2018 serving American cuisine.
Verbena, a clothing store at 309 S. State St, Ann Arbor has announced that they will close by the end of February.
Red Rock Barbecue has temporarily closed at 207 W Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti. Their website says to stay tuned for exciting changes.
Vape City at 326 Maynard St, Ann Arbor is temporarily closed due to a massive fire devastating two buildings.
Madras Masala Restaurant at 328 Maynard St, Ann Arbor, has closed after also being involved in the building fire. They are taking time to figure out next steps.
The Find has closed at 118 S Main St, Chelsea. This was an upscale, family resale store that was located downtown.
