Attend home tours and a presentation for free this Saturday and Sunday: June 25 & 26, 2022.
The Showcase of New & Remodeled Homes is coming up with a diverse collection of custom homes tours, and an in-person educational seminar “The ABCs of Designing and Building Your Dream Home” – all for free this year.
Five spectacular homes will be open on Saturday and Sunday, June 25 & 26 from 11am – 5pm. Homes range from a luxurious contemporary prairie-style ranch home in Ann Arbor, an ultra-green net-zero design home in Northville with guided in-construction tours (showing features unable to be seen once it is completed), 2 stunning homes in Dexter, and a beautiful ranch on over an acre with maintenance included.
The seminar will be on Saturday only, from 10:30am – 12:30pm at Mallets Creek Library in Ann Arbor (3090 E. Eisenhower Pkwy), featuring four presenters – an architect, builder, designer, and sustainable home building expert. Some examples of the presenters’ work are at www.showcaseofhomes.net. In addition, a stunning bed & bath remodel is online with a 3-D virtual tour of a “A Timeless Update to an Owner’s Retreat”.
Both components of this year’s Showcase of Homes will help people explore the latest trends, better understand their options, and connect with leading local designers & builders for anything from a modest remodel to a high-performance custom home.
