Ann Arbor Local Food Festival

On Thursday, August 27 from 5-8pm, the Ann Arbor Local Food Festival will be held at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market. This free event will celebrate local food and farming. There will be free produce tastings, food trucks, vendors, live music and more. Foor trucks/pop-ups include: Baan Phadthai, Jamaican Spice Food Truck, La Amapola, Larcher Catering & Bakery, Rite Spice Kitchen, Samosa House, Shawarma Chef, Simply Spanish Food Truck, TeaHaus, Vedged Out! Food Truck and Wanderbowls.

Ann Arbor Taco Festival

From July 31-Aug. 2, Ann Arbor will be holding its Taco Festival. The cost is $8 online or $10 at the door. It will take place at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds, 5055 Ann Arbor-Saline Road in Ann Arbor on Friday 5-10pm, Saturday 11am-10pm and Sunday 12-7pm. There will be over 30 taco trucks, live music, dancing and more.

New England Seafood Boil

HOMES will be serving a classic New England seafood feast for guests 18+ on Aug. 15 from 5-8pm. With the purchase of the ticket, guests can enjoy a print, oyster shooter, lobster tail, aand a family-style seafood boil with clams, peel and eat shrimp, kielbasa sausage, corn, and potatoes. To finish the meal, guests will be served a seasonal fruit crumble. HOMES notes that they can not accommodate dietary restrictions or make modifications for allergens during the seafood boil event. The dinner will be held indoor in a communal setting at 112 Jackson Plaza, Ann Arbor. The cost is $135.23.

Arabian Nights Festival 

Celebrate Arab food, music and culture during a family-friendly festival that will take place at 648 S. Wagner Rd., Ann Arbor, from 2-7pm. The cost of admission is $20, kids 5 and under are free. The event will include food trucks, artisan vendors, live music, kids activities and more.
