Zingerman’s Roadhouse will host its 11th annual Jelly Bean Jump Up on March 31, welcoming Nueske’s Smoked Meats for a “Mini Camp Bacon” dinner in support of Ann Arbor’s SafeHouse Center, which is marking its 50th year. Chef Bob has created a four-course, bacon-focused menu, with a featured cocktail from Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and proceeds will benefit survivors of domestic violence in Washtenaw County.
