Celebrating 25 years at the Edge

By: Autumn Vasquez

The Kerrytown Concert House of Ann Arbor invites you to see world-class artists, up close and personal, for Edgefest 2021: Celebrating 25 Years at the Edge! After being cancelled last year due to COVID-19, Edgefest is back and is celebrating its 25th anniversary as a world-renowned, avant-garde jazz and creative new music festival where music has no constraint of labels, genres, or convention.

This year’s Edgefest celebration will be a festival that defines Ann Arbor’s creative jazz community. Edgefest 2021 will draw upon some of the most noteworthy artists of the festival’s history, while continuing to chart new directions for the festival in the years to come. This event will be held Thursday, October 28th, through Saturday, October 30th, 2021, at 415 N 4th Ave, Ann Arbor, MI, 48104.

Masks, as well as proof of vaccination, will be required for all attendees. Daily tickets can be purchased at a starting price of $40.00 each depending on the day, or full festival “Edgepasses” can be purchased for entry to all three days. All purchases are final, as there are no refunds or exchanges. You can read more information on the event and also purchase tickets on the Kerrytown Concert House website.
