Now Pouring

Ann Arbor Summer Fest keeps at it with multifarious entertainment offerings that stretch beyond music and performance, this time playing into Michiganders' increasing penchant for craft beer with Tasting Tuesdays at The Grove area crowning the north end of Ingall's Mall. In addition to drinking fine beers from some of the state's sudsiest microbreweries, attendees can also meet the beer makers themselves.

Petosky Brewing kicks off the Tasting Tuesday festivities tomorrow, Tuesday, June 14, at 5:00pm, with a slew of tasty beers brewed lakeside in Michigan's north woods.

Craft brewing newcomer Axle Brewing Company sets up shop on Tuesday, June 21, bringing its young Motor City-inspired intoxicating creations in time to quench anyone's summer solstice thirst (which summer solstice is technically on June 20 this year, but still).

OG Michigan microbrewery Dragonmead rounds out the beer-tasting docket on Tuesday, June 28, with selections from its 40+ different beer varieties as well as a representative sampling of its best meads (i.e. fermented honey and water) and wines.

Though there are no reservations, show up early because space is limited.
