Where to go when you have the munchies.

So you’ve just enjoyed some cannabis.Maybe you’re vibing with friends, maybe you’re flying solo. Maybe you’re feeling social, maybe you’re just feeling relaxed. You got the munchies, but you don’t wanna just dig into a bag of potato chips at home. You want to go out and get something tasty to eat.

We got you.

We compiled our fav stoner snack places in Ann Arbor, ranging from sweet to salty to savory. There’s sure to be something here that you can enjoy.

Popcorn

The Michigan Theater at 603 E Liberty St, Ann Arbor.

No stoner snack list would be complete without popcorn, and no popcorn shoutout is complete without mentioning the Michigan Theater or State Theater. Their popcorn comes topped with real butter upon request, and their giant tubs are sufficient for even the hungriest stoner. And you get to choose a film to watch with your popcorn — it’s a great two-fer for coming off a high.

Nachos

There are a lot of delicious nacho options in Ann Arbor, including TAQ Ann Arbor. TAQ’s nachos are $12 for a half, $18 for a full, with housemade chips, chipotle chicken, black beans, and chihuahua cheese. And TAQ is great about allergens — ask how they can make your nachos allergen free.

If you’re looking for just chips, they’ve got house-made chips with a variety of salsa and guacamoles to choose from too.

Fries

You can get amazing fries at a lot of A2 places, but Frita Batidos is a favorite. They make shoestring and garlic-cilantro fries, served with a lemon-scented mayo, and are able to accommodate a variety of allergies (they even have a separate frier for celiac folk.)
