Blue Cheese Tasting

From crumbly to creamy, earthy to sharp, blue cheeses from around the world take on a range of characteristics. And Zingerman’s very own cheesemonger, Ben, knows the deal. Ben will host an evening of delicious mold-infused blue cheese exploration. Fingers crossed for Roaring Forties Blue and Bleu d’auvergne.
