Zingerman’s is offering a fun cocktail class this month that will give bubble junkies their fizzy fix. Fizzes are made with sours, acidic juices, and carbonated water. Flips incorporate eggs, sugar, and nutmeg. Tool together Rum Flips, Brandy Milk Punch, and Ramos Gin Fizzes and learn how to properly stir, shake, and pour.
