Our friends at Paesano are celebrating Fat Tuesday Italian-style. Carnevale is a time-honored Italian festival with Roman-era roots. Paesano’s event includes 5 courses with Italian wine pairings courtesy of special guest Italian wine importer Claudio Salvador and Italian vintner, Massimo Piccin of the Podere Sapaio winery. Many guests get in the spirit by dressing in costumes and wearing masks.
