Keegan C. Rodgers, Head Baker at the People’s Food Co-Op, will guide you in the delicate art of the French macaron. You will leave knowing the ingredients, the preparation method, and the proper storage for these featherweight, crisp, chewy, colorful, and indescribably delicious little sugar bombs. This event is in partnership with the People’s Food Co-Op and is part of an ongoing baking series. Kids are welcome!
