Owned by sister team Anna Hough and Dina Sheldon, A2 Yoga has been voted Washtenaw County’s Best Yoga Studio three times by Current readers. Anna founded A2 Yoga 15 years ago, moving to their 2030 Commerce Blvd location in 2009. A2 Yoga is now opening A2 Yoga East Side, at 2310 E. Stadium Blvd, next door to Trader Joe’s. Both locations offer Nia, yoga teacher training, and a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Prana Vinyasa, Hatha, Heart-Centered Hatha, Gentle-Restorative, Pre-Natal, Yin, and Ashtanga.
