Oxford Companies Aims to Create “Alternative” A2 Downtown

Oxford Companies recently purchased the office building at 777 E. Eisenhower Parkway in Ann Arbor. This purchase is the first step of the real estate service company’s plans to create an “alternative downtown” for Ann Arbor around the State Street-Eisenhower Parkway corridor. Oxford Companies owns 37 other buildings in southern Ann Arbor.
