Ann Arbor company, Jottful, is meeting the needs of small business through creating and managing websites. Founder Dawn Verbrigghe said she wanted to create an option for small businesses seeking to expand to the Internet, allowing them to avoid expensive site builders or time-intensive build-your-own software.
