Duo Security Has Sold For $2.35 Billion

Local Ann Arbor startup, Duo Security, has sold for $2.35 billion. The firm is less than a decade old and was bought by Cisco. The firm has created a wide customer base by offering cybersecurity measures that positively identify the user in the cloud. According to the firm’s founders, the purchase by Cisco will allow them to continue to effect change in the ever-growing realm of cybersercurity.
