Fans of Black Mirror will love this showcase of eight short films about the effects of technology on society and individuals. Followed by panel discussions with the filmmakers, shorts like “The App,” which tells the story of a phone application that leads to happiness, and “Real Frame,” a cautionary tale of online fame gone wrong, are just a couple of examples themes explored by the event.
