Hosted by the University of Michigan Sustainable Food Systems Initiative, ten faculty members, from varied disciplines, come together to talk about food, agriculture and sustainability. Each speaker will give a five-minute presentation, followed by a reception with refreshments. Although the talks are quick, the topics are not. Learn about local food-related research and take a taste for yourself!
