The Chelsea Depot is a historic Victorian landmark on a working rail line with space for up to 100 guests.
Cobblestone Farm
The three-story oak timber framed barn at Cobblestone Farm is available for rental and can host up to 190 guests. It’s accessible and has a kitchen and bathrooms.
The Collins at the Clocktower
If you’re looking for an urban loft feeling, this reimagined industrial space in Chelsea is a great option for up to 270 people.
Gandy Dancer Restaurant
With multiple spaces that can meet the needs of small events of 50 or less and up to 150 attendees, Ann Arbor’s Gandy Dancer Restaurant in the restored 1886 Michigan Central Depot is a great setting for making memories.
Michigan Theatre

Michigan Union – University of Michigan
With a ballroom, courtyard and other spaces available for events of all sizes, the Michigan Union is a historic, stately location in the heart of the university.
Robin Hills Farm

Stone Chalet Bed and Breakfast Inn & Event Center
This historic estate in Ann Arbor can host up to 100 guests in several private spaces in addition to outdoors.
University of Michigan Matthaei Botanical Gardens
Choose an outdoor garden or bring the celebration into the tropical conservatory. For parties of 100 or fewer.
University of Michigan Postma Family Clubhouse
Overlooking the University of Michigan golf course, the clubhouse can accommodate up to 225 guests in its modern spaces.

University of Michigan Museum of Art
The Lizzie and Jonathan Tisch Apse gallery space can host 275 guests for seated dinners and up to 500 for receptions. Other spaces are also available.
The Valley at Frutig Farms
With multiple buildings and space for up to 250 guests, the Valley also provides a golf cart and attendant to anyone needing assistance. Indoor and outdoor spaces are available.
Ypsilanti Freighthouse
The Ypsilanti Freighthouse is part of the Ypsilanti Historic District and was previously used as a distribution center for goods sent by railroad. Located in Depot Town and suited to smaller celebrations, it is also on an active rail line.
