The Ann Arbor Art Fair encapsulates the beauty of this town–it is vibrant, wholesome, and highlights pillars of the community.
From July 17–19, the Fair will introduce its first-ever Culinary Arts Gallery, a delicious new addition spotlighting the artistry of food. Zingerman’s, an iconic deli founded in Ann Arbor, will be a part of this delicious new addition.
The Culinary Arts Gallery places emphasis on food as a craft, highlighting prominent members of Ann Arbor’s community, Zingerman’s included.
Originally founded in 1982 by Paul Saginaw and Ari Weinzweig, the deli has expanded into several independent businesses through the years. Despite the substantial growth, they still maintain their service-focused ethos, putting the customer first time and time again. A benchmark of the Ann Arbor community, they have maintained their spot in our collective hearts, minds, and stomachs. It is only right for them to have a keystone spot in the inaugural gallery.

The Zingerman’s tent will be serving foods from seven of their businesses including Zingerman’s Roadhouse, Zingerman’s Cornman Farms, Zingerman’s Coffee Company, Zingerman’s Bakehouse, Zingerman’s Creamery and Miss Kim. The food selections are award-winning and vast, ranging from sandwiches and ribs to cold brew and ice cream. Despite the abundance of options, every food offered has one thing in common: they are perfect for a hot July afternoon.
For over 42 years, Zingerman’s has remained a pillar of the Ann Arbor community, not just because of their iconic foods, but also their commitment to both the community as well as continuous innovation. These commitments reflect those of the Art Fair, making their presence in it all the more special.
Don’t miss this chance to experience Zingerman’s in a whole new light! Visit their tent at the Culinary Arts Gallery during the Ann Arbor Art Fair, July 17–19, and savor the creativity on every plate.
