Both the Briarwood Mall and the Ypsilanti (5677 Roundtree Place) Payless stores are closing along with 2,100 stores nationwide. Clearance and going out of business sales began since the closures were announced. Due to the company’s bankruptcy, all stores nationwide will close after inventory liquidation.
