Started by a University of Michigan grad, BYOC (bring your own container), is a small business that focuses on reducing single-use plastic consumption. BYOC encourages customers to bring in their own containers, purchase a new container, or take one from their free donation shelf. From there, BYOC employees will guide customers through the process of filling their containers with the products that they desire. They offer a variety of household products such as cleaning agents, laundry detergents, hand soaps, and shampoo.
