Winter is cold and flu season and it is important to make sure your immune system is in tip-top shape. Renowned nutritionist, herbalist and health educator Cindy Klemen, M.S., offers insights on building immunities in her highly informative general health classes with Immune System Strength on December 18. The class will cover getting your body working to ward of antigens like viruses, parasites and bacteria. Other classes offered are Urinary Health on December 4, and The Structural System on December 11. Pre-registration is required. Directions to class location furnished upon registration.
