mighty good upgrade

mighty good upgrade

Just after their one-year anniversary down- town,  Mighty Good Coffee Roasting Co. moved and expanded their popu- lar cafe. The new location at 217 N. Main St. has double the seating, and gives Mighty Good room to ex- pand the pastry and tea selection, add new coffee drinks, and offer light breakfast and lunch. Owner Dave Myers will consolidate his roasting and retail operations 217 N. Main; previously Myers served coffee in the cozy space at 118 S. Main St., but roasted and ran his business from a converted house and barn near the Huron River.

Myers notes that “you will be able to see the entire roasting operation from the cafe. . . . [and] there will be days when we offer fresh roast of the day where you’ll be able to buy beans as soon as they cool.” Having drank more than my share of Myers’ roast, I can attest to the accuracy of his company’s name.
