Founded by former U-M track and field and cross country runners Nick Stanko and Ian Forsyth, Ann Arbor Running Company works hard to support Ann Arbor’s sweaty joggers with fitness tips and state of the art gear. This month, they’re sponsoring a 20-mile training run from the store to Little Park off Platt Rd. While that sounds like a race to us, it’s just a warm up for the marathon in November. After the run, refreshments will be provided, and Arbor Wellness will be on hand to work the kinks out of any sore muscles.
